The right of the consumer

• Any person has the right to receive the information defined by Article 14 of the RA Law “On Credit Organizations” regarding the company. The provision of this information is free of charge. The information is provided within 3 working days after receiving the application. The written application can be submitted to the company’s office: RA, c. Yerevan, Saryan 12.
  
  Customers have the right to submit claims arising from the transaction between and the customer to the mediator of the Financial System.
